We had our own private houseboat to cruise through the magical backwaters in Kerala. It was like a limousine experience, only much better! The crew was courteous and made sure that we had a splendid experience aboard Thejaswini. The food was mouth-watering and our captain was ever ready to answer our unending questions. The scenery was breathtaking with many species of birds and just watching the locals was interesting. Thanks to Thejaswini for making us feel special in Kerala. Truly God’s Own Country!

We had a wonderful time with Thejaswini. It was our wedding anniversary and opting for a special way to celebrate it with family and friends on a houseboat made it memorable. The friendly staff set up a delicious lunch as we cruised through the beautiful Malabar Backwaters. Highly recommended and hope to come again for an overnight stay.

The overnight cruise we chose was very relaxing. The friendly staff made sure that we felt special onboard. The food prepared by our chef was outstanding especially the curry lunch and fried fish (I have managed to get some of the recipes to try at home). The houseboat is comfortable with a cosy cabin (bedroom en-suite bathroom), but who would leave the fabulous scenery from the upper deck! Indeed a soulful trip to awaken your mind.
